This quick and easy breakfast parfait is packed full of antioxidants, protein, fiber, and other nutrients to jumpstart your day.Reminder: According to the United States Department of Agriculture, we should aim to consume a total 4 - 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. This recipe contains 1.5 servings of fruit, so it gets you well on your way to meeting the daily goal. This recipe calls for unsalted pumpkin seeds and sunflower kernels. I've attempted to shop for both in grocery stores with little success. The grocery stores in my area either don't have these items, or they only have the salted versions. I tend to buy in bulk on Amazon. I've included a few links below.

  1. In a glass or a bowl, add 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt as the base
  2. Place sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries on top of the Greek yogurt.
  3. Garnish with pumpkin seeds and sunflower kernels
