This book has truly been a labor of love, built from long nights, early mornings, and years of conversations with my patients, friends, and loved ones about the importance of men’s health.
I wrote this guide because far too many men are dying well before their life expectancy, often from preventable causes. During my community presentations, I heard from numerous men who felt lost when it came to maintaining their health. Many shared that they didn’t know which screenings they needed at different ages, or how to take proactive steps before a health issue arose.
Inside the book, you’ll find clear, practical, and evidence-based information designed to empower you to take control of your health. I break down which screenings you need by decade, explain the basics of nutrition and fitness, and highlight strategies for improved mental health, better sleep, and a more balanced overall lifestyle. It’s designed to be a resource you can actually use — one you’ll come back to year after year as you move through different stages of life.
